1954 World Series Game 1 (The Catch) Ticket Stub PSA 3

1954 World Series featured the New York Giants playing the Cleveland Indians. In game one the Giants would win in the bottom of the 10th with a pinch hit 3 run homer by Dusty Rhodes. The game would not have made it to extra innings had not Willie Mays made what history would now call “The Catch” a over the shoulder dead run to the center field wall. This ticket is a tough one to find in any grade with 33 of them graded (as of 2-12-15) only 5 have been graded higher all 4s.
