1948 the Braves were fighting the Brooklyn Dodgers for the National league pennant. On Sept. 6th the two meet for a double header in which in game one, Warren Spahn would go 14 innings for a 2-1 win. In game two, Johnny Sain would keep the Dodgers scoreless in a shorting 7 inning game, winning 4-0. Thus, the saying Spahn /Sain, Pray for Rain began. Ticket has been graded by PSA Good-2.
